Screen Printing is the conventional printing method used for years whereby a velum (or other material) template is applied to a screen. Ink is passed through the screen to the garment, and the ink is cured. One screen is used per color. For each screen there is typically a SCREEN fee for each color. We do have set up fees for some projects, but it is much less.
A newly developed technique, Direct to Garment printing, applies a full array of colors directly to the garment without the use of a screen similar to an ink-jet printer.
This process uses ECO-Friendly inks, unlike the plastic inks used in Screen Printing. There is usually a faster production time also. Some orders can be produced in the same day.
